Choose Blanks & Prepare Artwork
Browse our website to select your blank garments. Note down the item code or name. Prepare your print design files — we accept AI, PDF, PNG (transparent background), PSD, or ZIP at 300 DPI. No JPG please. If you don't have a design ready, we can create one for you (design fee waived for orders over 100 pcs). Have a tech pack? Keep it handy.
Submit Your Order
Use our Digital Print Order page to send us everything: style codes, colors, sizes, quantities, print placement, artwork files, and your trim preferences (use our basic trims or mail your own). Prefer email? Send everything to raisestudiotw@gmail.com.
Preview & Quote
After reviewing your files, we'll provide a preview mockup for your confirmation and a detailed quotation based on styles, quantities, techniques, and trims. Orders of 30+ pieces enjoy tiered wholesale pricing — the more you order, the better the price.
Sampling (if needed)
For larger production runs (minimum 100 pcs), you may request a sample first. Sampling takes 20 working days and the cost depends on the style. Once the sample is approved, we move into bulk production.
Production
We manufacture your order within 20 working days. This covers cutting, printing, optional washing, trim attachment, and thorough quality checks. We'll keep you updated along the way.
Quality Control & Shipping
Every order goes through a final inspection. A standard 10% tolerance applies, and we replace any defective pieces. We then pack and ship worldwide — shipping costs are covered by the buyer. We'll assist with courier coordination.
